Water Sports - Sainte-Anne

Located at the town beach, the Base Nautique of Sainte-Anne is part of a regional push to develop the local tourist economy. This water sports center serves a broad clientele:  children, people with reduced mobility, athletes, students, and sports leagues. Completed in 2007, the center is an asset to the entire area, hosting many events and offering training to professional water sports enthusiasts. A number of sports may be practiced here, including sailing, traditional sailing (using two-masted wooden dinghies), windsurfing, and kayaking.
