Monument - Pointe-Noire

The traditional depiction of a standing soldier with his weapon at his side, proudly carrying the flag, serves as a reminder to passersby of the sacrifice made by the sons of the commune during World War I. The names of some fifty soldiers are engraved on a marble plaque.
