Fleeing the fury of the sea, a turquoise inlet extends landward between the bluffs, coming quietly to rest on a beautiful white sand beach. Very protected between these rocky walls, the lagoon offers its calm, clear waters for swimming. However, care must be exercised during high winds. The “Trace des Falaises” (“Cliff Trace”) trailhead is here, leading to “Trou Madame Coco” and “Trou du Souffleur” (allow approximately fifteen minutes).
