Monument - Morne-A-l'Eau

Sitting on a hill above town is this very simple edifice, a place where many of the faithful come to pray. The place is imbued with an atmosphere of great solemnity, thanks to its glimmering candles and fervent inscriptions. Outside, as you stand on the promontory, you can enjoy an unspoiled view of the wet grasslands of Perrin and the bayou forest to the west, with the hills to the north and the cane flatlands to the south.
