The Shoreline Trail begins at Saint-Félix Beach (Pointe Canot) and continues across fields and beaches all the way to Salines Beach. The site has retained much of its natural character, avoiding significant development. Hikers will discover a sampling of the area’s natural environments and landscapes-captive mangrove swamps, bayou forests, wooded sandbars, marshlands, dry grasslands, dryland forest groves—and have ample opportunity for bird watching.
