The marina houses a mixture of locally based private boats and a large number of boats for rent. It offers a total of 1,086 berths, spread over 23 docks and accessible 24/7. It also offers 45 mooring buoys, a 270-seat entertainment venue and numerous other facilities, including refueling, docking and radio equipment. Additionally, it has a 6,000 sq. m. area offering professional technical support, plus a dry dock, a 35-metric ton boatlift, and premises for hire. The marina is open 7/7, and its personnel speak several languages. Security is provided by video surveillance cameras, and entry to the docks and parking lots is strictly controlled. For yachting enthusiasts, a specially adapted area is available that can take yachts up to 23 m. or longer. Finally, the marina is close to the city center and only 6 km. from the airport.
