Colloquially referred to simply as “Le Spot,” Damencourt is known for having hosted many international competitions (Quiksilver King of the Groms, Rip Curl Gromsearch, and more). Reserved for intermediate to advanced surfers, this reef break is exposed primarily to the north, but may also be surfed on east-northeast swells. It has a right/left peak on the left and a point break on the right. Damencourt is the most consistent surf spot in Guadeloupe. Enter and exit directly from the reef. Very easy access.
