Across from the elegant town hall, with its pastel colors and backward-sloping dormers, this charming square, alternately named for Hazier Du Buisson, who arrived in Les Saintes in 1652, features flowering plants, a few benches, a monument to lost sailors, and a stela commemorating the indentured Indian laborers who were imprisoned on Cabrit Islet in the late 1800s.
