Waterfall - Petit-Bourg

Traveling in the direction of Vernou, Saut de la Lézard is located 5 km downstream past the Grande River crossing in Goyaves at the Barbotteau intersection. At the end of a pleasant—and, at times, slippery—hike, the waterfall suddenly appears in a stunning green setting. The water plunges down dramatically a dozen meters into a large, resplendent turquoise pool, ideal for a refreshing swim. La Lézarde River is there, with its large boulders perfect for sunbathing.
